Reiki

Reiki, often called palm healing, is a natural healing technique that utilizes universal life force energy ("Rei" translates to "universe," and "ki" translates to "circulating life force"). As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual and mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. Reiki energy knows no boundaries and is always there for us to call upon. It transcends time and space, allowing Reiki to flow through me to you anywhere in the world. this can be accomplished through technology such as Zoom, or completely "unplugged" for your maximum relaxation.
Chakra Balancing

Chakras are a system of energy transformers that influence both subtle (or psychic) energy and physical energy. A chakra's job is more than just physical - they encompass all levels of your being. In these sessions we work with the expanded 12 chakra system; the traditional seven chakra points in the body that are connected energetically to organs in the endocrine system, plus an additional five chakras that integrate all aspects of the self. We also work with twenty more spiritual points that represent parts of ourselves that are always held within the Divine.
Access Bars

Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything! Access Bars® can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer's cluttered hard drive - only this time, you're creating space in your brain. Things like negative thought patterns, or that endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released and make space for the calm you've been seeking.
Empath Care
Initial session: 90 minutes | $180.00

Being an empath can be a beautiful experience. It is a soul-level connection with those around us; a joyful, nourishing, awe inspiring connection. Except for when it’s not. When an empath or highly sensitive person inadvertently takes on too many lower vibration energies it can lead to empathy fatigue, or burnout. You may shutdown, isolate, experience a sense of numbness, or even dissociate from yourself. In these tailored 1:1 sessions we will work together to determine what type of empath you are, heal burnout, and learn self-protecting ways to prevent future burnout so that you can enjoy being an empath without the fear of taking on too much. Includes an energy healing session.
